Instructions for Green Chili Sauce
Brown 1 lb. diced pork (meat is optional) in 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 can diced tomatoes or tomato sauce (14.5 oz.), 1 can diced green chilies (4 oz.), 3 cups water, seasoning packet, and salt to taste. Stir well, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or longer. Help yourself to a bowl of green chili, or use to smother burritos and huevos rancheros!

Add seasoning packet to scrambled eggs, potatoes, and your favorite sausage for a spicy breakfast treat!
