Marvelous, easy to make dip, guacamole, or soup!
Instructions for Soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can corn (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies (4 oz.)
2 cups milk
1-1/2 cup diced, cooked chicken or turkey (optional)
1 seasoning packet
Mix and heat until warm. Then add 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
Instructions for Dip
Mix contents of packet with 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, and 4 oz. sour cream. Chill at least ½ hour. Use as a dip with veggies or pretzels, or spread on a wrap!
Instructions for Guacamole
Mix seasoning packet to three mashed avacadoes, and 1 diced tomato. Chill ½ hour and enjoy with chips or as topping on other foods.
