This NO SALT rub will add flavor to your meat without overpowering it!
Instructions for Rub
Rub generous amount of Zest Barbeque Rub on meat, poultry, or fish. Refrigerate 2-24 hours, then grill or smoke. Approximately ½ packet per pound.
Instructions for Pot Roast
Pour seasoning packet over pot roast, add water to bottom of pot, and cook until done.
